Sharyn Aviv and Linda Hertz are the co-founders of the company. Individually they bring a unique background to our Healthcare Executive Recruitment firm. Together they have formed a company based upon integrity, and a complete understanding of the hiring client to recruiter "best practice" working relationship first hand. Linda and Sharyn were in those roles when they first met; Linda was a Region Vice President with a leading medical company and Sharyn was her Healthcare Executive Recruiter streamlining recruitment processes for a large sales force expansion project in 2004. They clicked and the elements were all there for a successful client to recruiter relationship: true partnership, understanding of the client business, thorough candidate pre-screening, excellent follow-up and hard work! It worked so well they went into business together to do it all over again for others!

ABOUT SHARYN:

Sharyn, a Cornell University graduate, brings 15 years of professional recruiting experience to the firm that includes sales, training and management capacities at TMP Worldwide and Interim Personnel. In addition, her background includes successfully spearheading and leading corporate hiring expansion projects as the sole proprietor of her own company, SRA Search. Sharyn has earned a reputation among her hiring managers that has grown beyond the recruiter and project manager capacity to more of a consulting role within organizations that have become her clients. Sharyn, with her husband and two children, enjoys routine travels abroad. Sharyn’s office is located in Florida.

ABOUT LINDA:

As a graduate of Michigan State University, Linda has Recruiting experience in her tenure at RecruitBUZZ^® along with 25 years of medical sales experience with leading fortune 500 companies from medical disposable sales to surgical sales (Parke Davis, American Home Products; Sherwood Davis & Geck, and Smith & Nephew). This includes 10 years as an award winning Senior Surgical Sales Representative and 15 years in a hiring capacity as Division Sales Manager, Region Director, Area and Region Vice President levels. She understands the customers’ needs from their perspective and the value an excellent recruiter can bring to busy middle managers and executives alike; she walked in their shoes for most of her career. Linda resides in Southern California with her husband and three children.
